I first hired Holly to do a task for my irrigation system as I was out of state.  She had no trouble completing the task and even sent pics to show her work.  GOLD STAR #1

I also hired her to take measurements of my windows so I could order custom shades.  Again I was out of town.  Again she was thorough and sent pics to show her work.  GOLD STAR #2.  

The most important job by far was when I hired her to check in on my mother who was in an assisted living facility.  It’s hard to oversee someone’s care from afar.  But with Holly as my ally and my eyes on the situation I was able to relax and know that she would handle any situation that arose.  She used her own good judgement numerous times to things she saw that needed doing.  My mom needed more help than the care facility was willing to provide. So Holly checked on her 6 days a week, sometimes helping her dress, sometimes helping her get her meal eaten, sometimes taking her for a stroll in the sun.  After every visit I received a brief report by text and was made aware of every issue that arose.   The longer she helped mom, the more she became Moms friend.  She demonstrated the love and patience and caregiving that I never dreamed anyone would give.  She made my moms last months so much sweeter and on my visits to mom she always told me how nice Holly was and how much she liked her.  Mom had nothing good to say about the staff but was all praise for Holly.  

I can’t give her any higher accolades than she became like a trusted member of our family thru the process.   Moms last two days before she died, while I was trying to travel from across country, Holly spent a full day with her and kept her safe during her duress and the confusion that comes with dementia.  GOLD STARS all around!!
